Suspension File, Tabs & Inserts

Our range includes both foolscap and A4 suspension files that are capable of holding either 150 sheets or 300 sheets depending on whether you choose v base (15mm capacity) or square base (30mm and 50mm capacities). Our Suspension files are made for either heavyweight manilla, polypropylene or kraft paper and are available in a variety of colours like green, red, blue and yellow which make them idea for colour coding filing systems.

Most of our range of suspension files are supplied complete with clear plastic tabs and printable white card tab inserts and some specific products include features like being linked to save space, having extra strong steel runners for heavy documents or like the Crystal Extra Porta range have a unique sliding action switch mechanism which opens and closes retractable runners.

Choosing the Right Size
Choosing the right size suspension file can sometimes be a little confusing. To help you make the right choice please note the following approximate size details for A4 and Foolscap:

A4: File Size (W x D) = 315mm x 245mm, Runner Width = 345mm
Foolscap: File Size (W x D) = 365mm x 245mm, Runner Width = 400mm

We also offer printout filing products which take up to 370mm printouts or other large documents up to A3 size, square cut insert folders for use with foolscap suspension filing, snap-on flexitabs and printable white card inserts, flexifile pockets for holding business cards, CDs and A5 size multi-purpose pocket for general use.
