If you find an online competitor with a lower price on the item you purchased within 14 days of doing so, we will credit you the full price difference.

There are certain items, this does not apply to:

• Used products and products which are not available immediately
•  Items which are on promotions, are free or are bonus items and are there fore not standardized pricing.
•  Prices supplied in error.
•  Competitors that do not trade online or which are not based and trading within the UK.
•  Which are not EXACTLY the same as the product(s) in question: i.e. different delivery terms, pack size etc...
