Making a return is FREE and as little as hassle as possible.

If your item(s) are damages or missing from your order you must inform us within 3 days of delivery. However if the item is not suitable or no longer required, you must Contact us within 14 days.

We may accept returns for items not required after fourteen days but at our discretion and less than 100% credit value.

Please note that due to health and safety regulations we are unable to accept returns on any food or beverage goods, including biscuits, coffee or water.
