A backorder is an item for which we are awaiting a new supply of stock.

If you have ordered an item which is unfortunately on backorder, the rest of the items in your basket will still be despatched on the Next Day (Standard) Service.

You should receive a notification via e-mail should any of your items be on backorder. You then have the option to cancel the item or wait for automatic delivery of the goods on the 'due date'.

Other items in your basket may include promotional items such as catalogues and/or free gifts.

If the items(s) you require are on backorder and your delivery is split you will not be charged an addition postage fee.
