Active Office Ltd reserve the right to request a copy of the credit/debit card statement being used against an Active Office online purchase. This is to prevent incidences of fraud and protect you the customer from potential fraud on your credit/debit Card.

If an unauthorized use of your credit/debit card should follow as a result of an Active Office transaction, you should take the steps advised by your card provider and contact us immediately through our customer service department. However we do take every procaution to reduce the risk of this happening.
